Know the artist.   There are three things to consider when choosing a tattoo artist:
Experience, Artistic Talent and Attitude.

You have found all three - right here.

Warren O'Brien started as an artist, and he's been expressing himself through drawing and painting for over 25 years.

Most tattooists start off getting a tattoo, or 2, or 3, and wanting to share their interest with others. Too often they have little or no artistic vision, and their training consists of; get one, watch one, do one.

Warren began with a love of drawing and painting. He has been a successful painter, illustrator and artist for years, and has experience working in pastel, oil, pencil and using air brushes.

He met many people who had bad, incomplete or poorly executed tattoos, and knew he could do a far better job. Human skin was a new medium, but the concepts of design, proportion & perspective were exactly the same.

Warren successfully completed a formal tattoo training course, and practiced extensively on synthetic materials to perfect his techniques. Now he has completed over 200 tattoos for satisfied clients.

Because of his training in artistic design, Warren can create tattoo patterns to suit each client. The pre-made flash patterns are seldom exactly what the client wants, but Warren has the skill to change, modify and enhance the design so it's just right.

Warren has catalogs of patterns in his studio, and can help you to choose and modify any design you might be interested in. He will provide advice on sizing, color and location of your tattoo, but ultimately, the decision is yours.
